I don’t get a ringtone through my airpods when they are connected to my phone. This issue just started on the 18th.

When my Airpods Pro 2 are connected to my phone, I can’t get ringtone and this issue just started on the 18th of this month.

How to solve this problem? When I'm using my AirPods, phone calls can be deafeningly loud. If I make the ringer quieter, I won't be able to hear my phone very well. It's frustrating that there's no way to adjust the ringtone volume separately for the headphones. Today, while I was listening to music in AirPods, I got several calls. After I felt headache :/ Hopefully Apple will add more options to settings, so this issue could be solved.
