Safari Can't Open the Page icloud.com

I received a macbook pro 15" - 2017, used. I have registered as an admin, but I cannot log in with my Apple Id to icloud.com. My usernames and passwords are correct, and I have other macs connected to iCloud. What can I do? Thanks, Enrico

This has to be done whenever a used Mac is sold or transferred. Did you follow all these steps:


What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac - Apple Support


If not, follow the steps in that link to reset your Mac to a state where it is prepared properly for transfer. You may have to contact the previous owner for some information in this process.
