What is the issue?
- Did you forget the Passcode?
If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
- Is it showing Activation Lock? Then you will need to provide the AppleID/Password used when it was set up. If you do not have that, then you will need to have the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller to remove the lock.
