hello recently my iphone completely run out of power. (it had 1% and it powered off)
I had connected my iphone to the charger and after maybe 10 seconds it powered on and it immediately had 21%. Is that ok? This situation happened to me maybe 2 times

Go to Settings/Battery/Battery Health and see what the battery condition report says; also, note the maximum capacity. Generally that symptom is a failing battery.
It still sounds like a battery. Contact Apple support and they can run a remote diagnostic. Install the Apple support app from the App Store and use it.
