Apple TV+ app not working on my Samsung smart TV

I'm in Australia and wanting to watch Apple TV+ on my Samsung TV. The app is preloaded on the tv and Apple TV+ is supported in Australia.

I opened the app, signed in, put in the code seen on my tv and it accepted this on my phone, but the tv refresh just went back to the sign in/sign up page.

This happened multiple times - each time i scan the code and enter the code it refreshes to the sign in/sign up page.

I have no idea what to do next. Any suggestions?

Thanks - I unplugged the TV and then plugged it back in. The app then loaded. Success! Thanks

Try uninstalling the app from the TV, then restarting the TV, re-installing the Apple TV + app and logging in again.
