I have an blue oval that has just started coming up when texting
The blue oval has just started…. And it is just after I start a message and jumbles up what I am trying to write…. How do I get rid of it?

Restarting the phone won't help, or change anything. It's an iOS feature.
Any time you tap and hold your finger in one location on the screen (it also does this on the iPad), the magnifier will appear. To avoid that, don't rest your finger in one spot for more than two seconds.
