Unauthorized charges on Apple products

Hi Apple,

I appreciate your products but I don’t appreciate the random charges you make to my bank especially considering I have no idea what they are for. Hope you take this feedback into consideration.

Thanks in advance,

an unhappy customer

In order to find out what the charges are for, you will need to view your purchase history:

You can view and manage your subscriptions here:

As for how those charges occurred, it required authorization using TouchID/FaceID or Passcode. If you are an Organizer of a Family Sharing plan, then other family members can make charges on your payment method if you are using Purchase Sharing. If you are sharing your Apple ID with someone else, then they can make charges to your account.

In addition to what Mac Jim ID has pointed out, the default communications settings for Apple ID would have an email sent to you every time you make a purchase, with the details of the charge - unless someone has turned that off. I get notifications every time anyone on my family plan makes a purchase...

Also, these are user forums...Apple isn't here and will never see your complaint.
