I just upgraded to Watch 10 only to discover that I have now lost the ability to measure blood oxygen. Apple needs to put that information in a big red announcement on the "checkout" page. I rely heavily on that reading as I have lung disease. I am absolutely floored! I do remember reading about the issue, but forgot cause I was so excited to have the Sleep Apnea feature. Total bummer! I have not yet sent my Watch 8 for the trade in though.
