Battery drain issue in iPhone 16 Pro Max

I bought iphone 16 pro max and It was noticed there has been intense batter drain issue. Upon my keen observation I say that for every 2-3 mins one percent of the battry is droping down especially when it is being used with the mobile data while wifi is turned off. Nevertheless, I haven't sighted a good sign with wifi either. I'm wondering if this would get fixed with the upcoming software update 18.1? I should say the battery survival is so horrible, it's hardly giving me 4 to 5 hours of usage between charges.
