Apple 4K TV has a blue bounding box

My new Apple 4K TV had a blue box moving around the menus. How do I turn this off?

This is probably the VoiceOver functionality. Go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver, then turn VoiceOver off.

Blue Bars on top and bottom of my Apple + Show I put on the Apple + app on my TV to continue watching g a show and now all the shows have a blue bar on the top and bottom of the screen. It’s Apple TV only and it doesn’t appear on the menu, only when I watch the show. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
