VPN logo in control centre

hii I want to inform a bug in iphone , even after turning off the vpn button in iphone. I am able to see the logo in control centre , I guess this is not the original functionality . Thank you

Unable to turn on VPN after accidentally turning it off on iPad? I accidentally turned off the VPN button on my iPad and now it won’t switch on. Any ideas how to rectify this. Thanks. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
