Macbook Pro 14 M1 2021 Charging Intermittently

Running Sequoia 15.0.1 - this is a new to me refurb my company bought for me, and I haven't used it much, so I can't say whether or not this issue just appeared when I upgraded the OS to Sierra, but I am having the same issue on 2 different MacBooks - same processor and year.

Issue:

When I plug in the magsafe charging cable, the light comes on, the laptop dings, and begins charging. However, while it is plugged in, about every 45 - 60 seconds, the connection seems to fail. The light goes off, then a second later comes back on, DINGS AGAIN (unless audio muted), and resumes charging.

I have replaced the charger and tried it with different cables. I also got a replacement Macbook, but I'm still having the same issue.

Please, help me make the dinging stop every minute. I'm losing my mind.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.0

"Oddly enough, it works fine with the USB-C cable. Magsafe keeps blinking on and off. What a lousy product."

Troubleshooting MagSafe Charger:

A. Start here: If your MagSafe Cable or Power Adapter isn't Working - Apple Support

B. Boot in Safe Mode:

[Hold Down: shift key, upon boot], In Safe ModeLogin Items do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset. So, once booted in to Safe Mode, wait 30 seconds, and then boot up normally, seeing if you still get this error.

C. Try a New Admin User:

What happens when you create a new administrator user, and log int it? Do you still get this error? If not, then it is likely an error with the current user. If so, then it is likely an error with your Mac.

D. Reset the SMC and your NVRAM:

(Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only)Sometimes when changes are made to the system(i.e. Updates), system configurations (i.e. for the Trackpad) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM. Try performing each thrice. It may take some time, being certain you have the time to perform these resets.
