Update , problems solved, widgets are back and Office 365 issues too, jus create a new user with administration permission and widgets are back, and office 365 works again, this issue was solved wit the apple support,
If you haven't already done so, 15.1 was released yesterday. You might want to give that a try and as a test, log into your other account to see if 15.1 fixes the Widget problem you had.
And just to give more info, I tried in safe mode but still not working. If I go to system settings and click "notification", nothing happens. Then I checked using activity monitor, "notification center" turns to "not responding". I force quit and did it again but still not working. Im in Sequoia version 15.1.1 and there is no update.
I just updated and I still cannot access widgets. They are not appearing on my Mac mini desktop and nothing happens when I select EDIT WIDGETS

Thank´s for the tip, today , the problem is back , my widgets are gone again this morning, Also I hate Microsoft but my job needs them apps and I´m in the same issue again, I´ll let you know again
