Predictive Text is "Off." Refuses to be off. Replacing commonly used words with vulgarities.

I have gone into Settings > General > Keyboard, and turned Predictive Text Off. IT IS STILL ON, DESPITE DISPLAYING IT IS OFF.

I have reset my dictionary to its default state by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary. This DID NOT delete all custom words and shortcuts.

Have you checked the Text Replacement category in the Settings App?

Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Keyboard ➡️ Text Replacement: Here, check to see whether any of the text has replacement texts (vulgarities etc). If you see unusual entries, then you Touch the entry and Swipe left to choose Delete.
