iPhone XS Max screen blinking on and Off
My xs max is brand new out of box and all it does is on the screen whilst charger is plugged up it blinks apple logo on and off ????

The iPhone XS Max has not been produced recently by Apple. That iPhone is approximately 6 years old. Where did you buy this iPhone? I recommend that you return the iPhone and get your money back.

If you are unable to return the iPhone XS Max, then:
(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
(2) If the above does not work then - Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
(3) If that does not help, then contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.
