Medications Widget Missing from Lock Screen

I recently used the lock screen widget for medications in the Health app (it's in the shape of a pill) on my iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18.0.1, but now it doesn't appear, and I cannot find any information on getting it back. Can anyone tell me how to reinstall it or turn it on to make it appear again?
