I purchased a new device few days ago but when i checked it, it showed the warranty expired. The shop member says that to contact Apple Support and show the invoice, then they (apple support) will be solve this problem. But I can't find the apple support chat link or options. If you're not in the US, click that country at the bottom-right of that page and select your country to go to the support resources for that country.

Note that this will only apply if the dealer you purchased the Mac from is an authorized Apple dealer and that the Mac was truly new when you bought it. Given that the M1 MacBook Air was discontinued back in March it's questionble whether it was indeed new, but perhaps the dealer still had old stock from that long ago. If the dealer is not authorized and/or the Mac was used, then the warranty will have started when whoever was actually the authorized dealer originally sold it and may well have expired by now.

Regards.
