не могу удалить аккаунт
я покупал б/ушный телефон вроде владелец вышел с айклауд аккаунт но каждый раз когда обновлаю приложение не могу обновить выходит всегда то что это было сделано на другой айкалут айди

I can't delete my account
I bought a used phone, it seems the owner signed out with an icloud account, but every time I update the application I can’t update it always turns out that it was done on a different icloud ID

If you are lucky, simply deleting the apps will resolve the issue. If you want them, download them with your account.
What is unfortunately very likely is the person did not remove their account from Find My. If that is the case then sooner or later activation lock will engage and the phone will be totally useless to you. To remove activation lock requires the account information that set the lock or the original receipt from Apple. If you can find the previous owner get them to reset the device properly or ask for a refund. If you cannot find the owner then it is possible you were scammed with what may have been a stolen device. There is nothing you can do about that unfortunately.
