I bought WPS and email the company with proof of payment on apple store and product not working and I paid 35.99 on 10/21 and email the support email of the company with all attachments I share proof of payment and no response after 3 email

He didn’t seem to care and just kept pushing the script. I asked if there was a higher level support, he said he was it. That doesn’t bode well for Apple if he’s the best they’ve got. Has anyone encountered this issue or know how to reach a knowledgeable technical person who actually understands the software aspect?
