I want to use a smart ring to provide me with additional health data while i am sleeping and my apple watch is on charge. I dont want to spend a fortune as i only need heart rate, blood O2 and sleep time.
Anyone have any recomendations?

The highest rated one is the Ouraring, but it’s a fortune (relatively). However, they have just released the Ouraring 4, which means that there will probably be a lot of used 3’s being offered online, and they will be discounting their stock of 3’s; I just noticed they are down to $299.
