How do I add favourites tab on Safari?

I can't add to favorites, there is no such item in Safari, and the icons in the address bar that could be dragged are also missing. I cleaned the folder with icons, rebooted the computer. Nothing helpsогает

I Can Not Arrange Safari Bookmarks Folder There are 2 folders in Safari as Bookmarks Folder. A) Favorites B) Others I save YouTube page to Favorites folder. It can’t be saved into Favorites folder for some reason Although Favorites folder is checked whilst saving. That’s ok. Then go to the Safari side panel. I can not drag and drop Youtube page into Favorites folder. When I click It goes to rename mode. I copy It then right click to favorites folder. There is no Paste option on the Favorites folder.

Unable to save 'Favorites/Bookmarks' in Safari on new MacBook Air I recently purchased a new MacBook Air and transferred all my data from a Windows laptop. Since that time my favorites/bookmarks will not save in Safari. If I delete one, it comes back after I shut down Safari and if I add one it does not save when I close Safari. I spent about an hour or so on the phone with Apple Support and they could not find the issue. I even spoke with a level 2 person. Everything you find on the internet has been tried and the OS was deleted and reinstalled. Nothing has worked. I'm hoping someone in this group has had the same the issue and got it fixed. He asked and answered himself. I closed Safari with the Shift button held down and also pressed and held the Shift button. and I opened Safari, after that everything worked and the icons appeared in the address bar and they can be dragged to favorites again
