Apple can't take scammers off your phone, contact your carrier and ask them to block their numbers.

The number of the "scammer" that you see is not the real number that is calling. Even if you or your carrier block that number, the calls are still going to come through.

That is because scammers use special software to disguise the actual number that is calling and the number that you see will automatically change on the next call that you see.
