Why is iTunes showing “Item not available”?

Anyone know what’s going on with iTunes? When I open the app under the music tab it just says “Item not available.” All the other tabs tell me to go to Apple TV+ to access shows, which is fine, but I feel like we should still be able to access the main music screen? I can still search for music but can’t find what’s trending or go to the charts or anything

iTunes Music missing after downloading Apple TV So I had recently bought a subscription for Apple TV and downloaded the app from the Microsoft store. Once after downloading the app my music on iTunes gets erased and just has podcasts and stations showing in the library. But once I remove the Apple TV app from my computer all my music comes back on the iTunes app. I don't know whats going on or why it happens.

Can no longer see TV tab in iTunes where I used to be to click on the TV tab to search for a tv show. I can no longer see any TV shows. Used to be able to click on the iTunes pink/purple star and search for a TV show, now TV shows are not available anymore; only music, books, podcasts, movies etc. How do I get the TV tab back and why did it disappear?

Cant search iTunes without Aplle Music popping up. I'm trying to search iTunes for music but every time i try to search for a title the menu gets directed to Apple Music. Super annoying. Is there a place to purchase music besides iTunes? Asking for a friend...
