So I had recently bought a subscription for Apple TV and downloaded the app from the Microsoft store. Once after downloading the app my music on iTunes gets erased and just has podcasts and stations showing in the library. But once I remove the Apple TV app from my computer all my music comes back on the iTunes app. I don't know whats going on or why it happens.

Its not a fault, its a feature. For reasons known only to Apple you cannot try the Apple Music or Apple TV Windows preview apps without crippling iTunes. Personally I would remove the Apple TV app and use https://tv.apple.com/ to enjoy the Apple TV content.
