Outlook password issue for unsent messages

I can’t send message anymore.. its stays «  unsent message » and in my outbox and when I clic on it to send it, it says «  cannot send mail, no password provided for outlook » please go to mail account setting and enter a password..? When I go there they don’t recognize my email address..?
