iPhone 16 Pro Max alarm automation toggle issue

So ive been trying to set automation for my alarm to toggle when my battery is about 95% charged and it has been a struggle. Either the automation will not run or it will run and not to off. Ive tried to set it up to toggle my 5am alarm that i normally have set for daily. Whenever i set the automation to play a song it works perfectly fine but i rather not wake up to people singing in my ear. Ive also trying the play sound shortcut which dont work either. Ive googled, YouTubed, tiktok and reddited and No solution this is pretty annoying. I have the iPhone 16 pro max ios 18.1
