What to do if my iPhone's screen freezes?

If a pop-up comes up when I click on a comment on Facebook saying I’ve been hacked is this so? It froze my whole screen. What do I do in this case, it said everything in my phone is now monitored. I’ve never seen anything like this before, and I worked in IT!

No, any such pop-up is a scam, trying to panic you into either buying their fake "antivirus" or into giving them your personal information. If it's taking over a web browser or the Facebook app, force-close it:

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

If the pop-up comes back in your browser, go to Settings -> Apps -> Safari, scroll down to the Clear History and Website Data, and choose to clear All History.

Regards.
