That is a scam message.
These scammers often convey a desire to help you resolve an immediate problem, that doesn’t actually exist. Their intention is to trick you into giving away personal information, money, or access to your accounts, they do this to pressure you into acting quickly. Do not interact with the message or the sender, and move on.
If you receive a suspicious email that looks like it's supposed to be from Apple, please forward it to reportphishing@apple.com.

I realized it said 48-hour instead of 48-hours and they said Apple account instead of Apple Account. If you ever get one again, read the message and look for spelling errors. Most scammers do not have good spelling (and rarely they do.) Stay safe out there!
