It's fake. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.

If an Apple Account actually gets locked or disabled, its owner will be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.

Yes, one apple would have used your name, two, you wouldn’t have received that email on your iPhone (and you probably wouldn’t be able to use your phone) three, the title has “y-our” at the top, apple will not do that, four, apple doesn’t use that icon, five, the proper wording is apple account, not apple ID, six, it contradicts itself, first saying your account is disabled and then saying it will be disabled. And iCloud won’t send you that.

Yes, it's a scam. Apple would never, ever send out a message with such incredibly horrible grammar.
