Why can't I change the expiration year on my Card when making purchases from the App Store?

Guys, idk if yall experienced the same thing as me but i need help. When my phone is sideways i want to buy something from a game (for me its cookie run kingdom) and it wants me to add payment method. When i do you need to add information (for me its debit card) and first problem is i cant change the year of the expiration date but when i try to move it it only moves the month. The year stays 2024. And the “Done” button also doesn’t. If its kinda messy i apologise, english isnt my first language.
