Why does my iPhone 15 Pro Max have a different SIM tray?

Whats the difference between?

My iphone 15 pro max sim tray is positioned in middle leftside of the phone and my friend have the same iphone 15 pro max but his own sim tray is positioned in the bottom rightside of the phone.

Pls can I get enlightened why the difference?
