Mobile Bank application

Hi, my bank app has problem, every time I write my username and password it says incorrect but it is 100% correct I tried with different phone and it works. I change username and password, restart phone, uninstall and reinstall bank app, I called bank and they said application doesn’t have any problems, I tried everything I found in internet about it but it’s not working, what can be the reason? (Storage is not also full)

If the app is rejecting the user name and password you have with your bank account, that is almost certain an issue with that app and/or your account unless you're running some sort of VPN or "antivirus" on your iPhone in which case you should remove said app. You can also try WiFi rather than cellular, if you haven't tried that already. Otherwise, you will probably need to contact your bank's mobile accounts support for assistance.


Without knowing which specific app you're trying to use there's not much else anyone here can advise.
