Magic Mouse scrolling and Right Click not working after updating to Mac OS Sequoia.

Mac Studio M1 Max running Sequoia 15.0.1

After installing Sequoia 15, noticed issues with Magic Mouse not scrolling or right-clicking. Persists after 15.0.1 update. Have tried unpairing, rebooting, re-pairing, toggling bluetooth to no avail. Logitech bluetooth mouse works fine with USB overdrive. Did not have this issue before this. Long time Mac user. Have searched different forums but nothing suggested has worked. Strongly suspect this will need to be fixed by Apple with another, hopefully, soon to come update. Any words of wisdom in the community?

The setting below works for my Magic Mouse. Does it work if you create a dummy new user?

I have almost the Identical Setting as @Matti Haveri

Using 1 Magic Mouse on a M2 Desktop and a second Magic Mouse on another M1 Desktop

Both machines ran Sequoia 15.0 and now on Sequoia 15.0.1 and no issues

Does the Swipe Between Pages using One Finger function ?

Question for clarity purposes " Logitech bluetooth mouse works fine with USB overdrive. "

Are Both Bluetooth Mice being used at the Same Time ?
