How do I change my subscription email with Apple?

I paid for an annual subscription for an app that expires in March 2025. The email I used to log in is no longer accessible to me. I upgraded my phone and now I have no way to access my paid version. The app developer said I have to get it changed through Apple. If I try to log in with my old email, it sends a verification email to an address I can't log into anymore.

Are you using a different Apple Account? If you are, you have to re-subscribe through this new account.


If you are indeed using a new account, you should have just changed on the old account the email address that you use as the Apple ID and continued to have used that old account. That is the way Apple has set it up to be done.


If you now have two accounts, you would have to get access to the old account, then set up Family Sharing between both accounts as well as hope that your subscription is eligible for Family Sharing so you can share it from the old account to the new one. To get access to the old account and that email they are sending you, read this support article If you didn’t receive your verification or reset email - Apple Support
