Issue with Synced Favorite Folders Not Appearing in OneDrive on iPad After Software Update

I am experiencing an issue with my Microsoft OneDrive app on an iPad where shortcuts to favorite folders do not appear or are not recovered after a recent software update on the device. These favorite folders were previously set up and functioning correctly before the update.

Details of the Issue:

• Device and OS: iPad running iOS 18.0.1

• OneDrive App Version: 15.24.4

• Nature of the Issue: Favorite folders that were accessible and marked as such in the OneDrive app no longer appear in the sidebar after the device underwent an iOS software update. Attempts to refresh and manually resync the folders have not resolved the issue.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

1. Forced refresh of the OneDrive app.
2. Restarted the iPad.
