I heard that apple has the warranty of one year if the battery get 80% or below batter capacity in one year.But i want to replace it now because by battery is just 89% in only 10 months can i get the replacement?

No. Apple won't replace the battery until it dips to 80%. On average one can expect from 1 - 2% in Battery Health loss, per month of ownership. That can't be stopped, depending on hard you use your phone or how many cycles it has been through. Based on the fact you've owned your phone 10 months, there is nothing honestly wrong with a battery health of 89%.

But your battery still has about 50% of its life left.
Unless the battery checks out as defective when you take it to the shop, Apple is not going to replace the Battery when it is at 89%......even if you are willing to pay.
