Missing Garth Brooks albums on iTunes account

I paid to download Garth Brooks albums on my Itunes account years ago.

Now they are not on my Itunes account any longer.

How am I able to recoup the money I spent downloading all his albums?

In that case I do not think you have any recourse. It is a decision by the artist. The best way to ensure this is not an issue in the future is to download and keep backups of any media you purchase.
