I recently bought an iPhone 16 Pro from an Apple Authorized Shop near me , paying the full retail price. I wasn't told that it was MDM (Mobile Device Management) locked, and now I’m facing limitations because of the restrictions it has. I feel misled because the shop owner didn’t mention this at all, and I thought I was buying a regular, unrestricted iPhone.
Has anyone else experienced this?

As stated, you need to take this up with the shop. The iPhone shouldn't have been sold with a mobile device management profile.
Also, if this is an Apple Authorized Shop, Apple may be interested in this.
Why did it take you a month to figure out the phone is MDM locked?
