I have been setting my office and personal iPhones, both with MagSafe, on the corners of my MacBook. Now both corners are magnetized. What problems might this cause?

Also, the Mac case is aluminum. Although technically paramagnetic, it takes a very strong magnetic field to induce magnetism in it…and the magnets in an iPhone aren’t that strong. I don’t think you have any cause for concern.
You would need the kind of magnetizer demagnetizer we used to have for tapes back in the 1970’s. There is no normal in life field that will damage it.
Magnetized where? These areas are magnetized by design, that's the magnetic 'latch' that keeps your laptop closed.
With an iPhone or iPad, it is possible with a strong enough magnetic field to disrupt the internal compass within the iPhone or iPad. Otherwise there are no problems.
