iPad pro camera dead pixel while on Face Time

Hello, basically I just got a new iPad Pro M4 and when opening it I went on face time and noticed that when center stage followed my face there was like a pixel that flashed white and grey like static but it was the only one that stood out of the rest. It followed my face so I know it’s not the screen but something might be wrong with my camera. Any one have a solution or has the same problem?

If you purchased directly from Apple, you have 14-days within which to unconditionally return your device for exchange or refund. If within your 14-days eligibility, you would be best advised to make use of the opportunity while it is available to you - otherwise you will be reliant upon remedy under warranty. Depending upon your country/region, you may have additional statutory rights and remedies available to you.

Otherwise, you might be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to offer assistance:
