Issue with uploading hearing test results to Apple Health

So I’ve updated my phone like Apple said to do and took my hearing test both on Mimi and apple’s as well both were then uploaded to my health app provided by Apple as well but for the life of me I can’t get the hearing aid (I know they ain’t real but it’s all I can afford) can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong.
