One option you have is in Settings > General > iPhone Storage
For recommendations click "Show All".
This gives options to "Offload Unused Apps", "Review Downloaded Videos and Audios", "Optimize Storage" (to automatically remove unused offline maps in the Maps app), "Review Your Videos" (that you recorded), "Empty Recently Deleted Album" in Photos app, and "Upload Photos" to iCloud.
