If its Photos, buy an iCloud plan, sync the photos, turn on optimise storage.

Whatsapp, Insta, YouTube and other socials, clear out the media files. Any app can be uninstalled for a quick clean out.

No tool would do any of those human responsibilities.

Cleaner apps for iOS, MacOS, Android are all garbage that might do actual harm.

If your phone is using to much storage space, your only option is to delete stuff.
