My new iphone 16 is stuck on zoom and software update and i dont know what to do!

My dad got me this new iphone 16 for my birthday today and i was trying to set it up but I accidentally clicked software update and now im stuck on the software update, and to worsen the situation it asked if it wanted to enable zoom so I said yes and I zoomed in but now I cant zoom out, I need advice on what to do!
