Stolen iphone and find my iphone ability

Last monday my iphone was stolen. I could track my iphone in find my iphone. Till today evening that I got a text from iphone mentioned here is the location to your iphone. Since I clicked the link my iphone has been disappered from find my phone. Is any body know whats going on?
