How can I hide unwanted WiFi networks on my Apple device?

I am trying to figure out a way to hide unwanted or inaccessible WiFi connections as well as bluetooth connections. There are always nearby connections that pop up under the tab when I try to reconnect to the resort WiFi every week. I also have many bluetooth audio connections that show up and then drop out while I’m trying to connect to my AirPods that makes me have to visually search for them to make the connection. This also happens on my phone to the point that I can’t tap it in time before it move because others pop up and help with this will give me some direction of where to make changes on it to get this to stop happening. I wish only known connections would automatically show up and then a search button be required for unknown connection options.

You can’t. All available networks will appear in the list of options when you open Settings>WiFi

Same for discoverable Bluetooth devices in Bluetooth settings.

In WiFi settings, you should see a list of “My Networks” immediately below the network you’re connected to at the moment. That will display available networks you’ve joined on your devices. Other networks are listed under that.
