I clicked on a scam text and it generated a Facebook post

I clicked on a polling text message. When I got to the page my phone number was prepopulated in a field. I didn't put any info in and closed the text. Now I am having friends text me saying they're getting Facebook messages from me that look like I got hacked. What do I do now?

Potential Apple phishing scam on Facebook While browsing on FB I clicked a link in a post and immediately a message came up under the Apple letter head saying poof your phone has been hacked and it redirected me to the App store to install a security app to protect my phone. Spam text messages on my iPhone Over the last week or so I’ve been getting these spam text messages about an Apple ID from different numbers, sometimes multiple a day, and it’s really starting to get annoying. It made me worry someone was trying to hack into my account at first until I realised it was spam, anyone else having similar issues or know anything I can do about it cos blocking the numbers doesn’t work when it’s different each time. Facebook is easily hacked. That's not an iPhone issue. The simplest thing I'd do is go to Facebook and change your Facebook Password.
