How can I bypass Activation lock on my iPhone 12 Pro?

The only way to bypass activation lock is the enter the Apple ID and Password which was used to set up the phone in the first place. Do you not know the Apple ID and Password and if not why? Did you buy a used iPhone which came activation locked? If you did, the only person who can help you is whoever set up the phone first. If you don't know them or can't find them, you've more than likely been scammed and no one can help you. Apple won't help you unless you are the original buyer and you can show the original purchase receipt which clearly shows the phone's serial number on it.

You cannot bypass Activation Lock. The others have explained the means by which you can remove it, means which require you to know the Apple ID and Apple ID password, or to be able to prove to Apple’s satisfaction that they should help you remove it.

We already told you what you need to do. Enter the correct Apple ID (almost always your email address) and Password (what you used when you set up the phone). We can't teach how to bypass activation lock. It is a very strong theft deterrent system, which is only bypassed with the correct Apple ID and Password. And if you don't them, you're only hope is to present the original purchase receipt to Apple, who with the right proof of ownership, will help you. But without it, won't.

You cannot “bypass” it. You need to know the name and password for the account it is locked to. Without that information you’ll never be able to use the phone.

It does not matter whether you own the phone or not. You need to know your Apple ID and Apple ID password to remove the Activation Lock on the phone.
