How to unmerge contacts on my iPhone?
I pressed merge contacts and I want undo them kindly note that I try to use undo but it doesn’t work

Hi there! So, if you don’t want your contacts updated to another phone just make sure you turn off the iCloud on Contacts, to do this go on Settings > iCloud > Saved to iCloud > Deactivate Contacts. Although if you want to erase all the contacts, go to settings > Search for Contacts, select the contact, tap Edit, scroll down, and tap Delete Contact. To confirm, tap Delete Contact again.
That’s unfortunately the only way I could find to erase your contacts, as for deleting a contact from an email account also deletes it from all devices signed into that account, the process should take a while.
Before doing this, make sure your other device is not linked with your iCloud.
