I should think that your first problem will be finding one. That's an old model which as far as I know was discontinued nine years ago.
It also will be limited in what it can do. For example, you will not be able to connect the iTunes Store and you are unlikely to find any additional apps for it. This is because that latest version of the operating system is iOS 9.3.5. Access to the store requires iOS 10 I think.
You will be able to load music onto the iPod, from iTunes or from Mac OS's Finder. But that will be music that you have purchased, including that purchased from the iTunes Store via iTunes. If memory serves me will you also will not be able to use Apple Music (the subscription service) on it.
